2010 Cottage and Pop-Up Rentals

Cottage Rentals (no pets allowed and no smoking)

	Cottage #1 and #2 (up to 6 persons) Three bedrooms each, located in the side-by-side duplex across from the recreation field. Each has a deck with a view of the lake. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one, double bed in the second and twin beds in the third.
	Cottage #3 and #4 (up to 6 persons) Three bedrooms each, located in an upper and lower duplex. #3 (upper level) has a bath and #3 has a king bed, queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and twin over double bunk bed. #4 (lower level) has a king bed, queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and a twin over twin bunk bed.
	Cottage #5 (up to 5 persons) Our more rustic lakefront two bedroom has a panoramic view of the lake. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a double and a twin in the second.
	Park Model on site 199 (up to 2 persons) A two bedroom park model beautifully set up on a site in the heart of the campground. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and three twin bunks in the second bedroom.

Cottage Rates

Note that weekly rates apply from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in - after 3:00 p.m. (no early check-in) Check out - before 9:00 a.m.

A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 per week is due within 10 days of making reservation.

Credit Card deposits are processed 10 days after you make your reservation. Credit Card deposits for reservations within 30 days prior to arrival date are processed immediately.

Pop-Up Rentals: (Absolutely No Pets or Smoking)

Pop-up trailers are available for rent at a rate of $60.00 per day or $300.00 per week when in our park plus site fees. Out of the park rate is $85.00 per day or $425.00 per week. Drop off and pick up within 30 miles is available for $75. Anyone towing a pop-up must provide proof of insurance and valid driver's license. Towing requires 2 inch ball and 7 round wiring adapter. Nonrefundable reservation deposit is $100.00. In house credit issued with a 30-day advance notice only if re-rented. A $100 damage deposit is due at the time of rental to be paid via credit card. Damage deposit will be credited back within 3 days if there is no damage to the unit. Any damage or excessive cleaning will result in forfeiture of damage deposit. Any damage beyond the $100 deposit will be billed to your credit card.

Camping and Cottage Visitors

All day visitors must register and pay at the registration desk in the Main Lodge. All day visitors must leave the park by 10:00 pm without exception. The fee for day visitors is $1.00 per person and entitles them to use the Indian Shores facilities subject to all of the park rules.

Visitor boat passes are also available for $5.00 per day. Visitors' vehicles must display their pass and be parked in designated parking areas only. There is not adequate room at the site for visitor to park in addition to the registered guests.

The use of unlicensed vehicles, such as dirt bikes or ATV's, is not allowed in the park.
