COTTAGE RENTALS
no pets allowed and no smoking
Each cottage has a color TV, microwave, and coffee maker and is equipped
with all cooking and eating utensils, linens and towels. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. Each three bedroom cottage has a dishwasher. Highchairs and
cribs are available. All units have heat but are not equipped with air conditioners. Each has a
picnic table, grill and fire ring for your use.
#1 and #2 Three bedrooms each, located in the side-by-side duplex across from the recreation field. Each has a deck with a view of the lake. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one, double bed in the second, and two twin beds in the third. #3 and #4 Three bedrooms each, located in an upper and lower level duplex. #3 (upper level) has a bath and a 1/2. #3 has a king bed, queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and a twin over double bunk bed. #4 (lower level) has a king bed, queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed. #5 Our more rustic lakefront two bedroom has a panoramic view of the lake. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a double and twin bed in the second. Park Model on site 199 A two bedroom park model beautifully set up on site in the heart of the campground. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and three twin bunks in the other bedroom. POP-UP RENTAL (no pets allowed and no smoking) Pop-up trailers are available for rent at a rate of $50.00 per day or $250.00 per week when in our park. Site fees are extra. Out of park rate is $75.00 per day or $375.00 per week. Deposit is $100.00. An open credit card is required as a damage deposit.

EXTRA PERSONS - $50.00 WK. $10.00 DAY PETS NOT and NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY COTTAGE ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPING UNITS, INCLUDING TENTS, ARE ALLOWED AT COTTAGE. A Non-refundable deposit of $400.00/week is due within 10 days of making reservation. Visa, Master Card & Discover accepted. Credit Card deposits are processed 10 days after you make your reservation. Credit Card deposits for reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival date are processed immediately. RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IF DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF MAKING RESERVATION. NO REFUNDS will be issued. In-house credit will be issued only with 30-day advance cancellation notice and only if cottage is re-rented. Cancellation on the date of arrival or "No Show" automatically results in forfeiture of entire deposit. SALES TAX OF 5.5% PLUS 4% ROOM TAX ALSO APPLY. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Camping and Cottage Visitors All day visitors must register and pay at the registration desk located at our RV dealership. All day visitors must leave the park by 10:00 p.m., without exception. The fee for day visitors is $1.00 per person and entitles them to use the Indian Shores facilities subject to all of the park rules. Unregistered visitors at your site or cottage can result in your eviction from the park. Visitor boat passes are also available for $5.00 per day. Visitors' vehicles must display their pass and be parked in designated parking areas only. There is not adequate room at the sites for visitors to park in addition to the registered guests. The use of unlicensed vehicels, such as dirt bike or ATV's, is not allowed in the park. Management reserves the right to refuse campsite space or service to anyone who does not abide by park regulations and assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury to campers or guests. We request all campers and guests take normal precautions against loss of money or valuables while staying at Indian Shores Resort. Enjoy our facilities including the snack bar, lounge, beach, game room, gift shop, recreational field, swimming pool and beautiful Northwoods. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
